St Boniface Church, Nursling

The present St Boniface Church was built in the fourteenth century although records show that there was church in Nursling since before the Domesday Book entry of 1086. Services are held each Sunday at 10.45am using the book of common prayer

St John’s Church was built in the 1850s. During the Second World War a bomb fell in Rownhams and both the east and west large windows were destroyed with the exception of the window portraying St John the evangelist – the very one to whom the church is dedicated.

The church is usually open each weekday morning from 9am to 11am
